What are Pastor Chris's messages like?
Pastor Chris communicates with a warm, humorous, and personal style but also desiring people to experience the power of real transformation of the Holy Spirit. Each weekend you'll find his messages are Bible-based, offering
practical life guidance and yet easy to understand. Whether you have been following Christ for some time or are curious about what a relationship with God looks like, you'll feel Pastor Chris is talking to you right in your own
living room. Our messages are typically grouped in a 3-4 week series, giving you a comprehensive view of a given passage or topic.
What kind of music can I expect at Cornerstone?
Modern/progressive worship is led by our vocal team and worship band. We strive for musical excellence, but we don't want to merely put on a show. Rather, we desire that you encounter God in an authentic way during our time
together. Our influences include Hillsong United ,House Fires, Desperation Band, Chris Tomlin, Will Reagan, and Jesus Culture, as well as original CCC music.
What is appropriate to wear in church?
Whatever you normally wear. We are more concerned with meeting you than with what you wear. At Cornerstone, you'll see nearly every style of clothing, from casual to business professional.
At Cornerstone, children are a priority. We consider it an honor to encourage and equip parents to invest in the next generation (Proverbs 22:6). Our Children's Ministry, called Clubhouse Kids Ministry, is a safe and fun environment for kids to grow in
their relationship with God and others.
We prioritize children because we understand they are a gift from God (Psalm 127:3). As a church, we know that we are developing tomorrow's leaders by sowing biblical truths into their hearts. Children naturally want to
know they have a significant purpose in life and our hope is to see each child fulfill that God-given pupose. It's never too early to start learning about God and His love for us!
What if my children need me while I'm in the service?
Each week when your child checks in, you will receive a security tag. On that tag will appear a unique code. If your child needs you during the service, your child's code will appear on the message boards under the screens
in the Worship Center.
